And as for the big news I have a new job! I will be working for the Up to 3 program at Utah State University as a transition preschool teacher. I have wanted to work for Up to 3 ever since I graduated and it finally happened! Through the summer I will be working 100% time and then once one of the teachers returns from maternity leave I will drop to 70% time. It will be perfect for our little family. I am so excited to be a preschool teacher!

3 Months and big news!
Our Mr. Brantley is 3 months old. CRAZY! He is growing and getting bigger each day. The other day when I weighed him he was 14 1/2 lbs....so needless to say there is nothing little about him! He is starting to be more content with life and not cry so much. Although when he is tired he is tired and ready for sleep and you better not take your time putting him to sleep. It seems like his acid reflux is doing better. We haven't given him his medicine for about a week and there hasn't been a change in how he is acting. Brantley loves interacting with people, especially little kids. He will smile and watch any little kid that is around. It doesn't take much for Brantley to start smiling when a little kid is in the room. He will coo and smile at you as long as his stomach is full, diaper is dry, and isn't sleepy :) We have gotten a few giggles out of him and I can't wait for it to be a regular occurrence. About a week ago he rolled over from his stomach to his back. It surprised us thats for sure! He hasn't rolled over since then, but I have a feeling he will start rolling more any day now! He loves to have blankets up around his face and will try to snuggle down into the blanket while he is sleeping if there isn't one there already! I can't wait to see all of the new things he will learn this month!

4 Generation
On Saturday we went to Pocatello with Paul and Tina to celebrate Jared's grandpa's birthday. While we were there we were able to get a 4 generation picture. Thank goodness for modern technology and cell phones with cameras because I never have my camera with me!
And here are some more pictures for your viewing :)

2 month stats
Weight: 12 lbs 15 oz----79th percentile
Height: 23 inches----54th percentile
Brantley had his 2 month appointment today. Everything looked great and he is definitely a growing boy! He handled the shots ok, but I haven't been able to put him down very much today. Brantley is a great sleeper at night. He usually goes down between 9:30 and 10 and will sleep until 5 or 6. He will eat and go back to sleep until 8 or 8:30. During the day he will take a long nap if he is full, but lately that has been hard to accomplish! He will usually eat 6 oz every 3 hours. He is becoming more social each day and will smile and coo at you. I loves to be on his tummy. I have a feeling he will be an early roller, he can get on to his side pretty easily :) He loves his baths and would probably stay in there all day if we let him! We can't wait to see what the next couple months have in store for us!

Blessing
This past Sunday Jared had the opportunity to bless Brantley. It was a great day. All of our siblings were able to attend and it was so nice to share this special day with them. Jared gave Brantley a beautiful blessing that I know will help Brantley throughout his life. Afterwards we went out to Hyrum and had a delicious meal at my sister Stacey's house. Thank you to everyone who made this day possible.
Our sweet boy Brantley in his blessing outfit. Tina was kind enough to let me use the one Jared was blessed in 25 years ago.

Our little guy is one month old! He is growing and getting bigger each day. He still loves his food and he can down 4 ounces at a feeding with no problem. He is still a good sleeper and will only wakes up 1-2 times a night. We can't wait for him to start interacting more with us. We love having this little guy in our house!
