I am thankful for my wonderful husband. Everyday I am reminded how lucky I am to be married to such a wonderful man. He is a hard worker and has ambition in life. I know he will always provide for our family. He is patient with me and lets me put up our Christmas tree....even if it was 2 weeks BEFORE Thanksgiving.
I am thankful for my family. I was lucky enough to be born into a great family and even more lucky to marry into such a wonderful family. I have parents who love me and take care of me. They support me through all of my decisions in life. I have 5 wonderful siblings and their families who bring so much joy to my life. I know I will never been alone in life because of my siblings. My mother-in-law and father-in-law have welcomed me into their home as one of their own children. I know they will be there for us if we ever need them. I have wondering in-laws who treat me as their sister and have welcomed me into their family.
I am thankful for a roof over my head and for our jobs. I have to remind myself each day for how blessed Jared and I are to have a roof over heads. For the space we have to raise our little boy that will be joining our family in January. Our jobs are HUGE blessings in our lives. We are able to both work full time and I will be able to take 2 months off of work when our little one arrives.
I am thankful for the many friends we have. We have some great friends who would drop anything to help us. I know if I ever need help I can call them up and they will be there in a instant to help me.
I am thankful for an easy pregnancy and for the little boy that will be coming to our family in January. This pregnancy has been really easy on me which has allowed me to keep up in my job and continue to do my best work.
I am thankful for the gospel and my knowledge of the plan of salvation. I know with everything that happened this year was made more bearable by my knowledge of the plan of salvation. Knowing that we will see Logan again and that he is in a better place makes going through the days much easier. I am thankful to be living so close to a temple, even though I should go more often, we are so blessed to live only a few miles from the Logan temple. I am thankful for Christ and for the atonement. I know that Christ died for us and because of that we can live again.
I am hoping that through this holiday season I can keep in mind everything that I am thankful for and remember why we have all of these wonderful blessings.
Happy Thanksgiving!
